Sadly there is a reality in Israel today, where there are many Jewish orphan children who are with out the means to celebrate their life Jewish mile stones. Educational Services
Education is vital for the growing child. Orphans, due to their family financial restraints don’t always receive the best education. This includes the lack of a computer at home. In today’s world, with out computers it’s difficult to do homework, research for school papers and bolster one’s knowledge.
Hachesed purchases computers and hires instructors to teach them how to use a computer and its applications for their education. Additionally, great emphasis is put forth to insure their computer education will provide them with knowledge for their future income endeavors.
The Talmud says: Educating needy children is equivalent to giving birth to them.
It is my pleasure to endorse the tremendous life saving work of the international organization Hachesed, headed by Rabbi Faivish Dalfin. I personally have seen the orphan boys and girls who have smiled because Hachesed helped them. The help consists of the spiritual and material. Our organization, Sofer on Site is proud to join forces with Hachesed. I will encourage the participants in my Sofer on Site program to become supporters and partners in helping Israeli Jewish orphans by providing Talit & Tefillin and other Judaica items while insuring ongoing care for these B’nai Mitzvah and their families.
